BAIRD BROTHERS FEATURED IN OUTDOOR CHANNEL’S RENOVATION HUNTERS: CLEAR FAMILY CABIN
For the final project of Season 2, Renovation Hunters worked with the Clear family to honor the memory of their father, a lover of the outdoors. The family’s lakeside cabin, originally purchased to create a gathering space for generations, needed a complete transformation. The father, who passed away from ALS before he could fully enjoy the property, left behind a legacy that the family wanted to celebrate.
Creating a Legacy of Family and Togetherness
Renovation Hunters redesigned the cabin to provide a modern, functional space for the Clear family to continue creating memories. The team removed walls, opened sightlines, and added custom furniture to create a spacious great room. A new kitchen, master suite, and fun kids’ room were also added. Outside, the team rebuilt decks, landscaped the yard, and created a fire pit and social spaces. This emotional project not only transformed the home but also became a tribute to their father’s love of nature and family.
